Each time a subcontractor does work for us the project manager as well as the superintendent on site have a grade sheet. The grade sheet consist of many elements in which we rate with. From completing the job on-time to doing the work exactly as they bid and maintaining the highest quality standards. Once the grade sheets are filled out they get processed by our staff into a database. This database adjusts the ratings of the subcontractors each time a new score is entered.

These scores are given at the time our clients review the subcontractors bids for their home.So now our clients are armed with powerful information to make informed decisions in regards to which subcontractor they wish to use on their home.
