This is where we are accomplished. Kenny Trent has knows the correct questions to ask. This is very important when drafting the necessary specifications for architectural planning and budgeting. Our sophisticated software programs allow us to determine the exact price of your home in less than one week having hard bids from out highly qualified subcontractors.

We have an in house design staff who tailors their attention to your desires. It is important that attention to detail be given, along with the correct supervision and coordination, to ensure that you will be very proud of your new home.
►Organization
In addition to a 32-page specification sheet, an itemized cost sheet and monthly production schedule, Dream Builders NW has devised a comprehensive "Cookbook" for your use during the building process. It explains, step by step, the selection process that you will be involved in and includes detailed instructions, a list of our vendors and location maps for your convenience.
►Workmanship
We have put together a the most qualified team of subcontractors who are the best in their trade and who have been a part of Dream Builders NW from the beginning.
